Exterior Framing
2 x 6 wall construction with 7/16 inch wafer board covered with vinyl or steel siding, brick, soffit or facia per your choice.
The Roof System
Engineered trusses with wood sheeting, 15 lb. Felt and asphalt shingles with a specified life of 30 years or better.
Windows
Vary in size and location and are double pane, all vinyl windows for high-energy efficiency.
Floor System
Supported on engineered floor joists and covered with glue and nailed ¾ inch, tongue and groove, composition plywood. This flooring is then finished with the floor covering of your choice.
Interior Walls
2 x 4, 16 inch on center framing, covered with ½ inch sheetrock with rounded corners. The finished trim is your choice, usually consisting of colonial base trim with six panel colonist doors. Sheetrock is painted with a latex primer and two finish coats.
Plumbing Fixtures
Vary depending on size of home and your personal choice selections. We use fiberglass or cast fixtures, finished with tile, marble or other customer designs.
Electrical Wiring
Standard per code. You select the light fixtures within your previously selected budgeted allowance.
Cabinet Work
Customized to the individual homeowner with variations for your selections of color, size and location. This may also be arranged within a budgeted allowance.
Floor Coverings
Your choice within the budgeted allowance. This allowance covers laying of underlayment, floor preparation, laying materials, pad, materials and labor.
